Golden Spread Council Scholaships
Every Scout should be given an opportunity to take part in Scouting. This Assistance Program has been established so that Scout families will find Scouting within reach. As with all Scout programs, it is based on the time-honored principle that an individual Scout earns his/her own way: However, not every Scout and/or Scout family is able to or has the resources to be able to participate in Scouting. The money made available through the Family Assistance Request is intended to make Scouting available to those families in need.
How to Apply
1. Print and fill out the application. Click the link below and scroll down to Financial Assistance.
2. Submit the financial assistance request per the instructions on the form.

Pack 3 Scholaships
The Pack 3 Committee has set aside a modest amount of money from the budget for a pack scholarship fund. The scholarship program is designed to supplement the Scout’s own efforts to pay their own way since A Scout is Thrifty.
How it Works
Subject to available funds, the Pack will provide a dollar-for-dollar match on the Cub Scout's popcorn sales revenue up to 50% of the annual pack youth dues (50% x $175 = $87.50).
How to Apply
1. Print and fill out the application by clicking the link below by October 14, 2024.
2. Turn in completed forms to the Cubmaster or Treasurer.
3. Sell popcorn!
